Refund policy

πŸ“… Return Requirements

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product before authorizing a refund.
  • All returns, whether to the online store or any Queue Shoes store, must first be logged by emailing info@queueshoes.com

Please include the following when logging your return:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

🚚 How to Return Your Item

1) Return to the Online Store

  • Use a reputable and traceable courier.
  • The courier fee will be for your account.

2) Return to a Queue Shoes Store

  • Stores do not have access to the online portal, so the return must be logged first at info@queueshoes.com
  • The tax invoice must accompany the returned product.
  • Refunds are not processed in store. Head office will process your refund via EFT.
  • Your banking details can be provided in store or when logging the return with customer service.

πŸ’³ Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to the product total. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Once approved, refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
  • For Payflex or PayJustNow payments, we will submit the refund request to them and they will process it on their portal.
